What counts as a 'Verified Review'?
A verified review means you've provided proof you actually visited the place β booking confirmation, ticket screenshot, or a WhatsApp message from the provider. Verified reviews earn +15 extra points.
How do I know if my review is approved?
Once submitted, our team checks it for quality and authenticity. You'll see it marked as Approved, Pending, or Needs Improvement.
Can I submit multiple reviews?
Yes β one per listing you've visited. Points are only awarded for genuine, helpful contributions.
Do my points expire?
Points may have a validity period. You can always check your current balance and expiry in your dashboard.
Are rewards guaranteed for every review?
Not always. We reward quality over quantity, so only approved and helpful reviews receive points.
