- All promotional placements are prepaid.
- Placements run for the stated duration starting from the agreed-upon start date.
- All content is subject to approval by KidsGuide KSA.
- Placement does not guarantee a specific number of views, enquiries, bookings, or sales.
- For event-based promotions, the promotion ends either on the event date or at the end of the promotional period, whichever comes first.
- Please allow up to 48 hours after payment for the feature to go live on the website.

Advertising Terms & Conditions
These Advertising Terms & Conditions apply to all paid promotional placements purchased through KidsGuide KSA.
1. Promotional Period
Each promotional placement will remain live for the duration stated at the time of purchase. The promotional period begins on the agreed start date and automatically ends when the purchased period expires.
2. Payment
All advertising and promotional placements must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
3. Content Submission
Businesses are responsible for providing all required promotional materials, including images, videos, logos, descriptions, links, offer details and event information, before the agreed publication date. Delays in providing the required material may result in a delayed campaign start.
4. Content Approval
All promotional content is subject to approval by KidsGuide KSA. We reserve the right to reject, request changes to, or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, unsuitable for families, or inconsistent with our platform standards.
5. Sponsored Content
Paid promotional placements may be identified using labels such as "Featured," "Sponsored," "Advertisement," or "Partner" where appropriate. Payment for promotional placement does not constitute an independent recommendation or endorsement by KidsGuide KSA.
6. KidsGuide Picks
KidsGuide Picks are independently selected by KidsGuide KSA based on factors such as family relevance, experience, quality and suitability. A KidsGuide Pick designation cannot be purchased. Businesses selected as KidsGuide Picks may purchase additional promotional visibility.
7. Placement
KidsGuide KSA will provide the promotional placement purchased by the business. Exact positioning may vary according to website layout, device type, category relevance and other active campaigns. Unless specifically agreed otherwise, purchasing a Featured placement does not guarantee the number-one position or exclusive placement.
8. Events
Event promotions will remain active for the purchased promotional period or until the event has ended, whichever occurs first. Businesses are responsible for informing KidsGuide KSA promptly of cancellations, date changes, venue changes or other significant changes to an advertised event.
9. Offers and Promotions
Businesses are responsible for ensuring that advertised prices, discounts, availability, dates, terms and promotional offers are accurate and honoured as advertised.
10. Performance
KidsGuide KSA does not guarantee a specific number of impressions, clicks, enquiries, bookings, followers, customers or sales from any promotional campaign.
11. Cancellations and Refunds
Promotional fees are non-refundable once the promotional placement has gone live. Requests to cancel before the agreed start date will be considered according to the circumstances and any work already completed by KidsGuide KSA.
12. Changes During a Campaign
Minor corrections may be requested during an active campaign. Significant changes to promotional content, creative material, dates or campaign requirements may be subject to an additional fee.
13. Business Responsibility
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information, claims, images, offers and other materials they provide to KidsGuide KSA.
14. Right to Remove Content
KidsGuide KSA reserves the right to suspend or remove promotional content if it breaches these terms, receives legitimate complaints, becomes misleading or outdated, or may negatively affect the safety or experience of KidsGuide KSA users.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or confirming a paid promotional placement with KidsGuide KSA, the business confirms that it has read and accepted these Advertising Terms & Conditions.
