Murabba Historical Palace
About
Murabba Historical Palace is a historic royal palace built by King Abdulaziz in the 1930s and is now part of the King Abdulaziz Historical Center. The palace has been converted into a museum where visitors can explore traditional Najdi architecture, royal rooms, and historical artifacts that show how the Saudi royal family lived in the early years of the Kingdom. For kids, the palace offers a great opportunity to learn about Saudi history through real historical spaces, old photographs, and artifacts. Many families bring children here for educational visits because the museum helps kids understand the countryβs heritage, culture, and architecture in an engaging way. The surrounding gardens and open spaces also make it easy for families to walk around and explore together.
